Hello gymnasium

So today was the day I got my butt back in my leotard and to the all new gymnastics club :) I love it :D I’m going to hurt tomorrow but no pain no gain right!?


Quick little workout before bed:
300 crunches
36 leg raises
30 press ups GIRLIE STYLE
90 ab twist with a heavy bag of cleaning
products because I dont have a medicine ball lol
NOW I FEEL BETTER

Help me out here

Someone please tell me I’m not the only person finding it hard to stay on track when your parent/partner or whoever always buys you lots of chocolate, biscuits etc even though you ask them not to!? It’s lovely that they buy these yummy teats but I’d rather temptation wasn’t stating me in the face. Oh HELP
